Describe your issue in as much detail as possible and include any error messages you received in-game.
If you have access to your personal support code please include that as well.
Find your support code in “Options > Support” in the game’s main menu.
Please allow for a 1-2 working days response time.
Some players may experience this error when starting up the game. Here are some things you can try to resolve the issue:
- Resync your headset with the Meta Quest app on a smartphone (if you are using a Quest 2/Pro).
- Check the system time on your device and/or network router, and make sure it is not set to a date in the past or the future.
- Connect to a wifi hotspot, created by a smartphone or PC.
Error validating access token (error code 11)
Some players may experience this error on Quest 2 or Quest Pro.
- Log out of your Meta account in the headset and log back in.
